Chaos Warrior is a retro JRPG inspired by the NES era. Fight deadly monsters, explore dangerous locations, and gain the strength to become the hero that saves the world!
100 years ago, the Chaos Lord emerged and wrought death and destruction to all. A band of heroes rose and defeated the Chaos Lord, banishing him from this world with a magic crystal. Now the Chaos Lord has returned and it falls to you to defeat him once again. Finn, a young Knight of the Kingdom of Efenia, is tasked with collecting the Crests from each of the 3 Kingdoms in order to unlock the power to defeat the Chaos Lord.
Engage in traditional JRPG turn based combat as you explore the world, gaining levels, abilities, weapons, and armor in order to fight stronger monsters as you journey further in your quest. Along the way you'll meet new allies with unique abilities both in and out of combat and find optional side quests and dungeons.

Hey folks, just a couple of small fixes. Fixed some typos Fixed an issue where the chest containing the Efenia Crest would appear closed if re-entering the dungeon after opening it Fixed some broken tiles in a secret area Updated Warp and Magic Flute so they can no longer be used while using the reward for the secret dungeon. A few people have reported issues with the game not remembering if it was in fullscreen or windowed mode on startup. Looking into this and will hopefully have a fix soon!

Hey folks, another set up updates! Updated font to improve readability. Fixed an issue where Wren's command menu in battle would glitch if Command Remember was set to "ON" and X-Cut was the last ability he used. For users experiencing this glitch, it will happen one more time until you select a new command for Wren. After that, the issue will not persist. Fixed Chainmail not being removed from the player's inventory when it is given to Roland in Pren. Fixed an issue where the player sprite would break when using the world map in the Secret Cave near Millstone. Fixed an issue where torches would bug out when entering the options menu in castle basement dungeons. Fixed an issue where Ward would not let the player recast it from the expiration dialogue. Slightly boosted the damage of Zeno's spells Added a quality of life feature to the Ward and Panacea spells that allows the player to recast them when they expire without having to open the spell menu XP UP now awards the correct amount of XP after battle, but the battle log message that displays the XP earned is still inaccurate.
