Beat all 50 levels before your 2-hour refund window closes. Then the game asks if you want your money back.
The clock counts only while the game is open. A new run does not reset it.
There is no fixed path. An airship docks at one end of a floating island, a rope bridge leaves from the other, and everything between is up to you. Every stone wall you lay makes the road longer, and every extra cell is another second your towers get to work.
The first game's eight towers are back, and now every one can be knocked down. Three grew up: the Bread Oven is a bake tower lobbing loaves that burst, the Quench Barrel is a water tower that soaks a patch of road and slows everything on it, and the Fire Pit is a fire beacon that throws fireballs in fast bursts. The beehive, watchtower, fire lookout, windmill and market stall do what they always did.
Runners in red hoods, fast. Brutes in iron armour, slow, and a frankly unreasonable amount of killing. Skeletons in swarms. From level 18, the mole, which digs under your road where no tower can touch it.
Eight times a run, balloons: fast Magpies, heavy Herons, the Flock, and two new ones. The Bomb Balloon drops a keg on the first tower it flies over. The Storm Balloon stuns the nearest tower for three seconds when it dies, so kill it far from anything you like. They all fly straight over every wall you laid. Only the watchtower and the fire lookout can reach them.
Every eight levels, sappers with lit kegs. They do not want your lives. They want your towers.
From level 21, Grapplers. Each carries a plank, and the first wall that is a shortcut, it climbs. Once. Five times a run a Plank Builder stops at a wall and hammers. If it lives, its bridge stays for the whole wave and everyone behind it walks over. Four times, Brutes drop in by parachute and land on a red mark inside your maze. You see the mark a level ahead. From level 15, Bone Knights: kill one and it gets up again, once.
The answer is the tall wall. Click a wall to stack a second one on it. Nothing climbs it and nothing bridges it.
The gates swap. At levels 20 and 40 the entrance and exit change sides.
Wildfire. In summer a spark lands on a wall. Sell it, or watch it spread.
Falling trees. Whatever is under one is gone.
The island grows. Six times, never evenly.
Lightning. Eight times a run it strikes your watchtower first, else your most expensive tower. You see the target a level ahead, so build one to sacrifice.
The giant. After level 30 a stone tortoise crosses one corner of your maze. Walls and towers in its road are gone.
Blossom, summer grass, autumn gold, then snow, from morning at level 1 to sunset at level 50. Winter only changes the view: the one thing here not out to get you.
A small, peaceful tortoise walks in off the pier. Then the armour arrives. The War Tortoise walks your whole maze with sappers and balloons for company and stomps the nearest tower every ten seconds. If it reaches the exit, the run is over.
Towers and upgrades come one card at a time, one of three after every level. You never get everything, so a run is a shape rather than a checklist.

Refund me opens the store's refund page. It does not send a request, and the store decides refunds, not the game. And if you beat the clock and take the refund: good. That is the deal, and I made it on purpose.
The clock is the only thing this game wants from you. Add Refund Me TD 2 to your wishlist to hear when it comes out.
Steam currently lists 12 Nov 2026 as the release date.
