The HelloBnb Simulator demo lets you play the opening chapter of that journey, from the first cleanup of your family home all the way to your first pool and garden.

What's in the Demo

Start your career from the very beginning and experience the heart of HelloBnb:

Renovate Your Family Home: Clear out the trash, pull the boards off the windows, paint the walls and lay tiles to bring the run-down house back to life.

Furnish & List It: Furnish the rooms with quality tier 1–3 furniture, then list your home on HelloBnb, take photos and set your prices.

Host Your Guests: Accept bookings, welcome guests, collect reviews and take care of cleaning and laundry.

Fishing: Head out on your starter boat, catch fish and sell your catch.

Beach Business: Get a beach permit and set up sun loungers, umbrellas, a rental stand, a snack kiosk, kayaks and paddleboards.

Tours: Sell private yacht tours to your guests through a partnership, and work as an ATV tour guide.

Staff & Smart Lockboxes: Hire beach, kiosk and cleaning staff, and install smart lockboxes.

Your Second House: Buy one extra house with a loan, furnish it, raise its value and build a pool and a garden.

The demo ends after the "Pool and garden landscaping" quest. The player level is capped at 5.
