Old Gus has retired. His parking lot is yours now: two cracked spaces, a broken barrier, a booth with no power and $50 in the till. Time to turn it into the busiest lot in town.
Paid Parking Simulator is a first-person management sim about running a small-town parking lot and growing it into a 135-space complex. Take every fare, keep the place spotless, deal with the town's worst drivers and build your empire one parking space at a time.
From morning till night, cars roll in. Drivers grab a ticket, find a free space and park on their own. On the way out they pull up to your booth window: scan the ticket, take cash or card and count out the change before the line starts honking.
Every dollar goes back into the lot. Buy new spaces and paint the lines yourself, open seven new areas and an upper deck, and watch each one rise in front of you. Then add EV chargers under solar canopies, a car wash, ticketless plate recognition and a VIP court with its own valet.
Sweep up litter, scrub oil stains, blast graffiti off the walls, wash dusty cars and jump-start dead batteries. A spotless lot means happier drivers and bigger tips.
Someone parked across two spaces? Give their car a whack. The owner comes running, apologizes in tears and parks it properly. Keep swinging and the car ends up in pieces, ready for the scrapyard's crane truck across the street. Cartoon chaos, no blood.
Pick cashiers, cleaners, service workers, a security guard and a valet, each from a few candidates. They take care of the routine while you stay hands-on: there is always something for you to do.
Need a break? The casino across the road is open: classic slot machines, blackjack and roulette. Back at the lot there are scratch cards, coin flips with customers and a lot cat that is yours to name.
Close up at 8 PM, sleep on the camp bed in your booth, read the day's report and start again at sunrise. Take your lot from its very first morning to a grand opening night with fireworks, then keep going in free play and beat your best day.
