About this game

Description

Supplied by the Steam store

Just because someone left it behind doesn’t mean it’s trash.

You spent almost everything you had buying a struggling move-out clearance company.

What did you get for it?

A run-down warehouse. An aging van. An old computer. And an endless stream of apartments that somebody else no longer wants to deal with.

The job sounds simple:

Go in. Clean the place out. Get paid.

But once you start digging through what people leave behind, things get a little more interesting.

A dusty film camera.

An old wristwatch.

A sealed box under the bed.

A completely ordinary-looking object that might turn out to be worth a small fortune.

Suddenly, every cleanup becomes a treasure hunt.

Clean It Up and Enjoy the Transformation

Pick up scattered trash, vacuum dust and debris, mop dirty floors, and turn abandoned messes back into clean, livable spaces.

Tenant Gone! is not designed to make cleaning feel like tedious work.

Routine actions are kept quick and satisfying so you can focus on the best part:

watching a messy room become clean because of you.

Clear an entire corner.

Reveal the floor underneath.

Remove the last stain.

Stand back and see the difference.

Then take another job.

You Never Know What You’ll Find

Not everything left behind belongs in a garbage bag.

Some items are worth bringing back to your warehouse for appraisal.

At the property, all you might know is:

Old Film Camera

Condition: Unknown Value: ???

The real answer comes later.

Two items that look almost identical can have completely different years, conditions, editions, authenticity, hidden traits, and values.

One might be cheap second-hand clutter.

Another could be a rare early production model worth thousands.

Recognizing the object doesn’t mean you already know what you found.

Sell It — Or Keep It

Once an item has been appraised, you decide what happens next.

Sell ordinary goods quickly for immediate cash.

List better items on the second-hand market.

Find specialist buyers willing to pay more for the right category.

Send rare and valuable pieces to auction.

Or keep your favorite discoveries.

Display cameras, watches, retro electronics, records, collectibles, and legendary finds back at your company.

Over time, your tiny warehouse becomes more than a workplace.

It becomes a record of everything you’ve discovered.

Every Property Has Its Own Story

Tenant Gone! is not built around a simple sequence of handcrafted Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 missions.

Contracts are assembled from different homes, tenants, lifestyles, mess themes, events, valuables, and environmental stories.

You might clean up after:

A student surrounded by takeout containers and delivery boxes.

A photographer with old cameras and forgotten gear.

A musician with records, instruments, and audio equipment.

A streamer buried under unopened packages.

A hoarder whose mountains of junk might be hiding something incredible.

A wealthy collector whose expensive-looking possessions may not be as genuine as they seem.

And every now and then, an ordinary contract might start feeling unusual.

A hidden compartment.

A forgotten lockbox.

An untouched collection.

A seemingly worthless object with a very unusual history.

Or an exceptionally rare legendary find.

You can never be completely sure what is waiting inside the next property.

Build Your Clearance Company

Complete contracts, build your reputation, earn money, and turn a failing little business into one of the city’s top clearance companies.

Improve your warehouse.

Upgrade your work area.

Expand your collection displays.

Unlock new tenants, property types, specialist buyers, valuable item pools, and unusual contracts.

As your reputation grows, the city opens up.

And once your company reaches the top tier, the City Clearance Network provides an ongoing stream of procedurally assembled contracts.

There doesn’t have to be a traditional final level.

As long as you are still thinking:

“What if the next job has something amazing?”

there is always another door to open.

Features

First-person cleaning, organizing, and treasure hunting

Fast, satisfying trash removal and surface cleaning

Hundreds of discoverable item variations

Appraisal with randomized condition, edition, authenticity, age, and hidden traits

Rare, valuable, and legendary collectibles

Procedurally assembled contracts with different homes, tenants, messes, and events

Multiple selling options including quick sales, online listings, specialist buyers, and auctions

A collectible catalog and physical display area

Company upgrades, reputation progression, and long-term city contracts

A bright, cozy, stylized 3D visual direction

Give old spaces a new beginning.

And while you’re there...

see what the last tenant left behind.
