About this game

Description

MANBOU / VOYAGE

A tiny sunfish. A very big ocean.

MANBOU / VOYAGE is a 2D side-scrolling action game about guiding a cute sunfish through an underwater cave.

The rule is simple: do not bump into anything. A single collision with a rock, a piece of rubbish, or another sea creature ends your run.

Keep your balance

Letting go of a key does not bring your sunfish to an instant stop. Swim upward and you will keep drifting upward; swim downward and you will keep drifting downward. Use the opposite direction to counter your momentum and find your way through the cave.

An ocean full of obstacles

Cave walls and protruding rocks

Floating rubbish, including cans and plastic bags

Shells that suddenly launch from the seabed

Anemones with extending tentacles

Swimming fish and fish that drift up and down

Fast-charging orcas

Powerful currents that speed up the journey

As you travel farther, the scrolling speeds up and the hazards become more frequent.

Try again right away

Press Enter or Space after a game over to retry immediately. Beat your personal best and try to swim just one metre farther.

There is a finish line, too

100,000 metres.

How far will your sunfish make it?
