Survive with your friends. Or hunt them.

HUNTED is a 1–5 player co-op and PvP horror game . Enter a haunted hospital, extract Black Matter, and complete the purge before The Lady brings everyone down. Or become The Lady yourself and make sure nobody finishes the job.

CHOOSE YOUR SIDE

Face an AI-controlled Lady alone or with friends. In PvP, one player becomes the monster while up to four survivors work together against them.

Stick together, split up to cover more ground, or leave someone behind when things go wrong. Just remember who gets to play the monster next round.

EXTRACT. PURGE. SURVIVE.

Search the wards for keys and syringes, extract Black Matter, and carry it back to a purge station. Complete ten purges to win.

Active extraction locations change as you clear them, keeping your team moving through the hospital. Every purge brings you closer to finishing, but makes The Lady faster and more dangerous.

BECOME THE LADY

Follow footsteps and disturbances left by survivors. Find your prey and stalk them to build Dread. Keep them in sight for longer, or catch several together, to build it faster.

You cannot attack while passive. Choose your moment to unleash Enrage, close the distance, and bring them down before their teammates can help.

THEY CAN FIGHT BACK

Use your radio to slow and stun an Enraged Lady, then make the most of the opening. Break her line of sight, watch your battery, and help teammates escape when she corners them.

A knocked teammate isn’t out of the game. Revive them before The Lady brings down everyone.

Playing the monster? Force survivors to use their defenses, interrupt their rescues, and catch the ones who stray too far from help.

SHE ISN’T ALONE

The Lady’s Children roam the hospital, growing more numerous as the match progresses. They pursue survivors and can be banished by keeping your radio trained on them.

They’re also hungry for Black Matter.

Leave a filled syringe on the floor and a Child can drink its contents, leaving an empty syringe behind. Rescue your supplies before it finishes feeding, or head back into the hospital to replace what you lost.

LEVEL UP AND FIND YOUR PLAYSTYLE

Earn XP from matches, level up, and unlock perks for both survivors and The Lady.

Each role has its own loadout with up to three equipped perks . Choose perks that suit your approach, experiment with different combinations, and change your build when you switch sides.

Prefer quieter movement or stronger tracking? Build around it. Learn your friends’ habits, try another loadout, and see whether their usual strategy still works.
