About this game

Description

Supplied by the Steam store

Farkle: Tavern Dice brings the classic dice game to life inside an atmospheric medieval tavern.

Roll the dice, build your score, and decide how far you are willing to push your luck. Every successful roll gives you another choice: bank your points and play it safe, or roll again and risk losing everything you earned that turn.

The rules are simple. The decisions are not.

Each turn begins with six dice. Set aside scoring combinations and roll the remaining dice to keep building your score.

But there is always a risk.

If a roll produces no scoring dice, you Farkle and lose all unbanked points from that turn.

Sometimes the safest choice is to stop.

Sometimes one more roll is worth the risk.

And sometimes the dice have other plans.

Farkle is built around a simple push-your-luck system that creates constant risk-and-reward decisions.

Learn the rules quickly and focus on what matters:

Roll six dice and search for scoring combinations

Keep scoring dice and reroll the rest

Build larger scores by continuing your turn

Bank your points before you lose them

Decide when the potential reward is worth the risk

Every roll can change the course of the game.

Farkle: Tavern Dice is presented as more than a traditional tabletop interface.

The game takes place inside a detailed 3D medieval tavern , designed to make each match feel like sitting down for a real game of dice.

Warm lighting, wooden interiors, ambient tavern sounds, and physical dice help create an immersive medieval atmosphere. The soundtrack also features authentic medieval music originating from the historical period itself , bringing real music of the era into the tavern rather than relying only on modern medieval-inspired compositions.

Combined with the tavern ambience and visual presentation, the music helps make every match feel grounded in a living medieval setting.

There are no complicated systems to memorize and no enormous rulebook to learn.

Farkle is about probability, decision-making, and knowing when to stop.

A conservative player may steadily build a score.

An aggressive player may risk everything for a massive turn.

Neither approach guarantees victory.

Sometimes you simply have to roll the dice.

Classic Farkle-inspired dice gameplay

Push-your-luck risk and reward mechanics

Fully rendered 3D dice

Atmospheric medieval tavern environment

Straightforward rules and quick-to-learn gameplay

Strategic decisions on every turn

Designed for both short sessions and longer matches

Take a seat at the table, pick up the dice, and see how far you are willing to push your luck.
