Recycle Rivals is a multiplayer junkyard game for 1 to 4 players. Team up and build one workshop together, or run your own and race your rivals for every piece of junk in the yard.
Every morning a delivery helicopter drops fresh junk in the middle of the yard, and more drops come through the day. At dusk the helicopters stop, and a new day brings new junk.
Swing your sledgehammer at a microwave, a bent pipe or an old radiator and it breaks into scrap. Carry it to your workshop, sort it into metal, plastic, rubber, wood, glass and fiber, and press it into bales.
Load your bales onto your cargo trike and drive them into town. Every material has its own buyer, and the cash arrives the moment you hand a bale over.
Every morning the contract board in town fills with new orders. A contract pays far more than a buyer does, and every team can see every order. There is no sign-up. The first team to deliver gets paid, and the order is gone for everyone else. Spot the right order, and get there first.
Money and bales buy new blueprints. Each new machine turns junk you used to walk past into income: tires, window frames, old mattresses.
Place shredders and presses, link them with conveyors and let a scrap arm pick materials off the belt. Your line keeps working while you are out on the pile, grabbing the next drop.
Fenced dump zones ring the middle, each full of its own kind of junk. Pay the zone keeper to open one and bring new kinds of junk into your line.
Junk comes in every size, and so do your vehicles. Your cargo trike gets the first bales to town. Then unlock new blueprints and build the rest yourself: a mini loader that scoops up piles, a forklift for pallets and bales, a pickup truck for long hauls and a magnet crane that lifts heavy metal. Each one moves a different load in a different way, so build the one that fits your plan.
The yard runs on physics, and sometimes the physics wins. Flying friends, runaway forklifts, a raccoon to pet and a beer after a long day. Expect stories you will want to tell.
