Grandma baked a pie. You have a camper. What could possibly go wrong?
STOP THE VAN! is a cozy-but-chaotic co-op road trip for 1–4 friends. Pile into a big orange camper, drive a winding forest trail to Lakeside Camp before the sun goes down, and deliver Grandma's famous blueberry pie in one piece. Probably.
The road trip
A real camper with real gears. Drive with a chunky H-shifter (1-2-3-R) while your co-driver reads the map, shifts for you and fiddles with the radio.
Walk around inside while it moves. Grab the map from the dash, make a cocoa in the kitchen, hang out at the dinette... or climb the ladder and ride on the roof in a camp chair.
Every bump counts. Hit a pothole and everyone standing in the back gets a bounce. Hit a big one and whoever is on the roof goes flying. Wheeeee!
Trouble on the trail. A tree across the road (someone grab the axe), a family of ducks that will not move (honk... or don't), and a boggy dip where the whole crew has to get out and push.
Grandma's pie is fragile. Drive like a maniac and the pie will let you know.
The campsite
Chop firewood, light the campfire and cook a stew from whatever you found along the way: mushrooms, potatoes you dug up, wild garlic.
Stir it at the right moment. Roast marshmallows to golden perfection... or set them on fire.
Swat the mosquitoes, dance to Campfire FM, roll out your sleeping mats and watch the stars come out.
Made for laughing with friends
1–4 player online co-op through Steam, or play solo.
Slapstick tumbles: bounce off the roof, get bumped by your own camper, flop into the grass.
Honk at your friends, emote, and ask "Are we there yet?" as often as you like.
DJ Birch on Campfire FM reports what's waiting on the road ahead.
Make your own camper: body, hair, hats, glasses and outfits.
A postcard at the end of every trip with stars, stamps and silly trip awards like "Frequent Flyer" and "Duck Menace".
Grab your friends. Hit the road. And if someone yells "STOP THE VAN!"... it's probably already too late.
