About this game

Description

Supplied by the Steam store

After school, find that quiet corner.

Being alone is a little easier. Still, she quietly hopes someone will remember to come and find her.

You're the teacher. Each afternoon you open the record book and read what your students left behind: "I'm in the reading corner." "I'm further west than Rin." "Aili wasn't over here." Put the clues together, place everyone on the school map — and when every position fits, you've found Aili.

Features

A prologue and 60 days of logic puzzles, growing from 3×3 to 10×10, each with exactly one solution

Simple rules: exactly one person in every row and column; messages, area headcounts and furniture are all the clues you need

Stuck? Ask Hoshi, Aili's hamster: three questions a day about where a classmate is or who is in an area — but finding Aili is up to you

Every time you find Aili, you keep an illustrated memory and a short story from that day

Each day's scenery also hides one of Aili's star hairpins — every six you find adds a new photo to the Hairpin Album

A memory album, a scenery album and student profiles let you get to know ten very different classmates

Music Room: replay all 18 original tracks as the story unlocks them

After Chapter 6: an ending theme and an album of memories — and Aili's story continues

Made for PC: keyboard and mouse controls, drag and drop, automatic saves

A Note from the Developer

Aili Is Here is my first game. Ever since I was a student, I've had a head full of ideas I wanted to turn into games — but I can't code and I can't draw, so they never left my imagination. Now, in the age of AI, I've finally been able to fulfill a long-held dream with the help of AI tools: making a game of my own.

I dedicate it to a classmate from high school: someone too shy to talk to anyone, yet lonely, quietly hoping to be noticed. I hope you, too, will be found by someone whose eyes are only on you.

For about the price of a cup of coffee, I hope it brings you a story of small happiness — one that may once have quietly unfolded in a classroom of your own.
