This game's story can be understood without playing the first THE MIDNIGHT QUEENS.

Chu Fen, and her sister Xiao, are low ranking members of a low-level gang, named the West-13 Gang, a subsidiary of the Midnight Queens crime syndicate. The two sisters soon discover their ringleader's precious secret, while also being placed under pressure by their boss to rise to the top. What will they do with their ringleader's secret? And will the sisters' loyalty to each other hold against the weight of Vancouver's underworld?

Meanwhile, Betty Hunter, a sniper for the Crimson Dresses Crime Family, has been falsely accused of a triple homicide after a drug deal goes wrong. In search of truth, she heads to Comet Trail, also known as Vancouver's most dangerous neighbourhood. She meets the Purgatory's Embassy, the bikers from the same botched drug deal; and Skye Real Estate, a company that has nearly total control over the neighbourhood. Will she be able to mend her relationship with Purgatory's Embassy, or will she end up siding with Skye Real Estate?

Play as either Chu, or Betty; and master their three different martial art stances in Active Time Battle styled RPG fights.

With Chu; learn the art of Muay Thai, Kung Fu, and Pro-Wrestling.

With Betty; master Karate, police CQC, or take aim with your sniper rifle.

Punishing fights that test your knowledge of both protagonists' movesets, and your risktaking.

Visit the underground fight club, and bring both protagonists to championship.
