About this game

Description

Supplied by the Steam store

The age of cultivation is ending. The sect is falling. And you hold the wheel of rebirth.

In a world drained of spiritual energy, all 412 sects of the old era have fallen to the beast tides. On Azure Cloud Mountain, Disheng Pavilion is the last one standing. You walked a thousand miles to kneel at its gates—only to watch, three short years later, as it was swallowed whole.

As the light fades, the dying master presses an ancient jade into your palm—the Samsara Relic.

You open your eyes. You stand at the mountain gate. The morning mist has not yet lifted. Everything can still be undone.

Except this time, you remember everything.

About Sect Reincarnation

An ink-wash cultivation sect management game built on a roguelite core. Each lifetime begins with a ruined little sect: clear the land, build, craft, recruit, and prepare for war. When the fatal crisis finally crushes your gates, you return to the very beginning with rebirth points and talents—armed with everything the last life taught you, to rewrite how this one ends.

Rebirth: Defeat Isn't the End—It's Currency

When the sect falls, your sect level, resolved crises, and codex unlocks all convert into Rebirth Points

Spend them on the talent tree: faster construction, richer harvests, stronger starts

Ancient treasures reincarnate with you—the Samsara Relic and other heirlooms pass from life to life

A Tribulation Chronicle keeps the record of every life you have lived

Management: Rebuild Disheng Pavilion from Ruin

Build and upgrade the Spirit Hall, herb gardens, dwellings, and the mountain-guarding formation to generate qi, spirit stones, and spirit herbs

Expand disciple housing and fortify the gate—plan the growth path that fits your sect

Reputation and sect level lift each other, unlocking new herb varieties and facilities

Herb, Pill, and Blade: A Self-Sufficient Chain

Cultivate up to one hundred spirit field plots and six spirit herbs, each with its own shape and temperament

Every crop grows through four stages—time your harvest for white, green, or golden quality

Brew breakthrough and cultivation pills at the furnace; forge weapons, armor, and trinkets at the workshop in four named quality tiers

Assign support disciples to the furnace and workshop to raise pill success rates and craft quality

Disciples: One Beam Cannot Hold a Roof

Spend reputation to recruit combat, support, and steward disciples, each with distinct aptitudes

Stewards run production, support disciples tend fields and workshops, fighters man the great formation

Raise their cultivation, feed them pills to break through realms, and face the Bone Wolf and the Gold-Eyed Ape together

Crisis and Combat: The Omens Come First

Beast tides never strike without warning—restless wildlife and thickening demon qi are your tell

Use the window wisely: repair the formation, stockpile pills, position your defenders

Turn-based beast combat with three escalating tide levels that scale with every rebirth

Story: They Will Slowly Remember You

Lots of story dialogues weave through your management. Su Qingzhu, the sharp-tongued fighter; Ling Tianjie, the quiet steady hand; Lu Jingxing, the prudent steward—they walk beside you, life after life. And as your rebirths pile up, certain familiar faces seem, faintly, to remember something of a life before...

Ink-Wash Aesthetics

Chibi-flavored character art, rice-paper UI, pale ink mountains and leaning bamboo—a complete ink-wash visual language for a sect destined to fall again and again, and to rise again every time.

May the sect stand long, in this life and every one after.
