About this game

Description

Supplied by the Steam store

This is a self-contained demo of Observation Protocol: The Observed — one full location out of five, playable from waking to the demo's own ending.

You are the subject of an observation. You wake in a room you have woken in before. A bed. A monitor showing things you cannot see with your own eyes and where things sometimes appear that shouldn't be there. A door that wasn't here yesterday. You are told to observe. You are not told why.

Each cycle is a sleep and a waking. The room stays, but the space around it does not. Eighteen cycles. Eighteen versions of a place that refuses to stay the same — until, at the last of them, a door opens onto a corridor that should not exist.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHAT THIS DEMO IS

- One complete location — the cycles — from beginning to a proper ending made for the demo. It does not cut off mid-scene.

- Roughly 50–60 minutes, depending on how closely you look.

- A slow, atmospheric horror. There is no combat and no chase here — this is a game of attention, not reflexes. Play it quietly, and let it unsettle you.

- Your progress saves. You can leave and come back.

WHAT THIS DEMO IS NOT

- The full game has four more distinct locations beyond this one, each with its own mechanics — a labyrinth, a shifting archive, a hall of mirrors, and more.

- The full story, and the way it ends, go further than the demo shows.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The full version releases in 2027. If the demo stays with you, adding the game to your wishlist is the best way to know when it arrives.

The longer you observe, the harder it becomes to tell where the pattern ends and where reality begins.

Language: English only.
