About this game

Description

Supplied by the Steam store

TCG: Collector’s Mess is a cozy first-person collecting game set in a house buried under twenty thousand trading cards. Sweep cards up by the handful, tear open packs one pull at a time, and turn every cluttered room back into a home, one binder page at a time.

There are 1,000 card designs across ten sets to discover, in seven rarities, varied conditions and shimmering foils. Chase a missing collector number, upgrade a worn copy, or just enjoy making the floor visible again.

Clean up the house, room by room

Every room starts under its own mess. Clear the floor into binders, storage boxes, sorting mats and sales, and watch its tidiness climb. Cleaning pays off along the way: a little cash, a sealed pack turning up under the pile, lamps glowing warmer as the room comes back.

At 97% tidy a room is restored , with a reward and a super rare (or better) waiting under the last of the mess. Restore three rooms to free the stuck basement door and reach the old archive below, where the rarer cards were stored.

One hand, made for collecting

Click a card to pick it up, or hold the button and sweep across the floor to gather card after card. Your hand holds up to fifty. Hold it up to turn a card in the light, thumb through the rest, flip it, sleeve it or mark a favorite. Set the whole hand down as a neat pile, or toss a card into a basket across the room.

Bring your hand to a binder and every card that fits files itself into its pocket. Bring it to a sorting mat and it sorts itself into KEEP, TRADE and SELL .

Open packs one card at a time

Order a pack from the laptop, find its delivery box somewhere in the house, and take it back to your desk. Tear the seal, slide out the stack and reveal each card yourself. The fifth card is always rare or better, and any card can come out foil.

Turn empty pockets into finished pages

Fill numbered nine-pocket binder pages, see which collector numbers are still missing, and order singles to close the gaps. Completed pages earn frames for your display shelf; completed sets earn gold binder covers. Sleeves and top loaders keep your favorites safe, because a careless throw can scuff an unprotected card.

A collection that keeps growing

Sell spares to fund your next pack, trade with three collectors looking for particular cards, or gamble on a secondhand box of someone else's old collection. Search the house for forgotten stashes and the rare cards hidden inside books and cushions. Every copy you collect raises your museum level , and the collection ledger remembers your best pulls.
