A breathtaking adventure.
Launches November 16, 2026. Wishlist now and Steam will email you the day it is out.
One tank of air. A whole ocean to read. Kyle Coral is a cave-diving adventure with no countdown and no score to chase. Swim from the sunlit Shallows to a bioluminescent Abyss, find air pockets to breathe, and reach each exit before your tank runs dry.
Every dive is a new cave, drawn fresh
Five biomes, four guardians waiting in the dark
Pearls buy permanent gear at the Trading Post. What you buy, you keep.
Full controller support, a colorblind aid, and an opt-in Assist Mode
Try it free. The demo covers the first seven levels, all the way to the Giant Moray. Hit Download Demo above.
Nothing ticks on screen. Your tank is the tension: a held breath, not a stopwatch. Spot the shimmer of an air pocket, plan the next stretch, and push a little deeper.
The Kelp Forest, the Deep Blue, the Sunken Ruins and the Abyss each end with a guardian, starting with the Giant Moray.
Pry pearls from clams and spend them at the Trading Post between biomes: a knife, a harpoon, a scuba tank, a dive light. Missing gear makes a dive harder, never impossible.
Shoals scatter as you pass, kelp sways in the current, and the light fades as you descend. Every cave is generated fresh, so no two dives look the same.
Built by a dad and his sons, and family-tested. The pressure is real without being cruel.
Some caves hold more than pearls. What the deep is hiding is yours to find.
The last weekend of Steam Next Fest is here, and the Kyle Coral demo just got a small update. Smoother frame rate in every cave. Cloud saves: your dives now follow you to any computer you play on. Cleaner caves: the painted backgrounds meet as one seamless scene, with no cut-off tops or colored fringes. Kyle always stays in front of the exit whirlpool, so you never lose him on the way out. The knife cuts any seaweed it visibly touches. Air pockets stand out more clearly in the Kelp Forest. Bumping into a creature from behind now hurts, same as head-on. The Moray no longer tangles over its own head when it coils. The Dive Map hides its secrets a little better. Look closely. Thanks to everyone diving in this Fest. Every wishlist helps a dad and his two sons finish the full game.
