Blitz Jong

Description
No turns. Four players at once.
Blitz Jong is riichi mahjong with the turn order taken out. Everyone draws and discards at the same time. The hand building you already know still decides who wins, but you never wait for permission to act, and neither does anyone else.
Stamina decides what you can afford
Drawing costs stamina, and so does every call. Pour everything into racing toward tenpai and you may be the one who cannot answer when the tile you needed finally appears. How much to hold back is a decision you make over and over.
Every discard is live
A discard stays open for a moment and the whole table can call it at once. When that moment passes, every claim resolves together. Act first and it is yours.
Your own wall
The remaining tiles are split four ways and you draw only from your own. Speed changes your tempo, not how many tiles you get. The fastest hand at the table cannot simply out draw everyone else.
A win does not end the hand
The winner scores and steps out while everyone else keeps playing until the walls run dry, so several players can win the same hand.
