When you start slacking off in real life, your squad members slow down too. But once you start hammering away at the keyboard and flinging your mouse around, they can feel the effort—

The game dynamically calculates your squad’s work efficiency based on your keyboard and mouse activity.
When you work hard, they work hard.
When you start slacking, they immediately get the message.
The game only tracks keyboard and mouse activity frequency. It does not record what you type or click.

Scratch-and-Reveal Wood Appraisal
Grab a scraper and slowly peel back the surface of a piece of wood.
Is it ordinary timber, or an extremely rare find?
You won’t know until you scrape it open.
Smash-and-Reveal Ore Appraisal
Grab a small pickaxe and start hammering away.
A plain-looking rock might be hiding a rare gemstone inside.
Work may not always come with surprises.

Unlock More Slacker Squad Members
There are multiple characters to unlock.
Different squad members will work, slack off, gather resources, and react in their own way to whatever ridiculous orders the boss throws at them.
Can’t Beat Them? Bring Them Home.
Your squad may run into all kinds of monsters while out working.
Defeat them and you’ll have a chance to capture them as pets, letting them follow your squad members around.
Collect more pets over time and turn your small group of workers into an increasingly strange little workplace crew.
You Work, They Work
You don’t need to stare at the game all day.
Leave it running on your desktop.
Write code, make spreadsheets, argue with your boss—do whatever you normally do.
Then glance down every now and then.
Maybe someone is working at full speed.
