Read full update on Steam ↗A Fresh Look and Deeper Mechanics Hello everyone! I’ve spent the last week listening closely to your feedback. As a solo developer, your input is vital to making Timberline Factory the ultimate sawmill simulation. Today, I’m excited to present the biggest update to date for both visuals and gameplay.from old:to NEW:🌑 The New "Industrial Modern" HUD The old design is history. I have redesigned every single UI element from the ground up. The new HUD is sleeker, more modern, and provides a much clearer overview of your finances and production goals.🧹 Maintenance System & Cleaner Staff Your factory is becoming more alive (and a bit messier!).Sawdust & Dirt: Machines now accumulate dust and grime during operation.Efficiency: Once dirt levels exceed 30%, you will notice a significant drop in production speed.Cleaners: You can now hire cleaning staff who automatically prioritize the dirtie...
Read full update on Steam ↗Hello everyone!First of all, thank you for the incredible support during the first few days of the Steam page launch. I've been reading all your comments on Reddit and IndieDB, and I decided to put in some extra shifts to address your feedback immediately. Here is what’s new in the latest version of Timberline Factory:🌲 Enhanced Visuals & Realistic Logs I have completely overhauled the log models. They are now much rounder and more realistic. I’ve also done a major lighting pass to get rid of the "plastic" look and give the sawmill a more gritty, industrial atmosphere.🔊 The Sound of Industry (Real Audio) No more generic sounds! I’ve implemented real-world audio recordings of industrial saws and machinery. You can now literally feel the power of your sawmill as the production lines ramp up.⚡ New Feature: Biomass Power Plant Managing waste is key! You can now build the Biomass Power Pl...
