Description
Build a cozy aquarium for some of Lifes strangest little creatures.
Temporarium is a relaxing aquarium simulation inspired by vernal ponds and the unusual animals that call them home. Hatch and raise Triops, fairy shrimp, clam shrimp, water fleas, ostracods, mystery snails, and unique species variants while creating a habitat of your own.
Customize your aquariums with different substrates, backgrounds, plants, rocks, and decorations. Each species has its own needs, behaviors, life stages, eggs, and quirks, so you'll need to balance traditional aquarium care with conditions suited to the animals you're raising.
Keep an eye on oxygen, temperature, waste, algae, microfauna, and water chemistry as your tiny ecosystem develops. Feed your creatures different foods, watch them grow through their natural life cycles, and collect molts, eggs, and other discoveries along the way.
Complete Contracts and Research Milestones to earn Vivyx and Research Points , unlocking new species, equipment, foods, decorations, and other ways to expand your tanks.
Life in a vernal pond doesn't last forever. Eventually, your little creatures will reach the end of their lives but their eggs allow the cycle to begin again. Hatch a new generation, build a new habitat, and watch your tiny world come alive once more.

About Development
Temporarium was created over three years during my recovery from a severe brain injury following a car accident while I was riding my bike. Building these tiny living worlds became part of that recovery and gave me something to look forward to each day.
I've been raising Triops on and off for more than 20 years, and this game grew out of that lifelong fascination with them and the strange temporary ecosystems they inhabit.
The artwork, creatures, sprite sheets, music, worldbuilding, and game design were created by me. Codex was used as a programming assistant during development.
Temporarium is a small, personal game about watching tiny lives begin, grow, and eventually make way for the next generation.
