Mini Mayor: 12 Years is a city-building and management sandbox game where you build a city, manage its budget, and survive the world of politics.
You become the newly elected mayor and govern the city for 12 years. Build roads, develop residential and commercial districts, expand education, public safety, healthcare, and industry, and guide your city toward growth.
But being a mayor is not just about building a better city.
Three distinct scenarios await you, each focused on a different playstyle: balanced, greedy, or political.
Each scenario features a unique map, storyline, and cast of characters. Adapt to the challenges you face, survive your term in office, and achieve your ultimate goal.
As elections approach, you must make promises to your citizens. During your term, you can choose whether to keep those promises or ignore them. You can spend the budget on the city’s future, or use your position to pursue personal wealth and political gain.
You may become a great mayor who serves the people. Or you may become a politician who talks about prosperity in public while quietly filling your own pockets behind the scenes.
Your choices will change the direction of the city, the reactions of your citizens, and the outcome of your political career. In the end, the ending you reach will depend on what kind of mayor you chose to become.
City Building and Management Place residential, commercial, industrial, and public facilities while managing the city’s population and finances.
Politics and Elections Choose campaign promises, manage public approval and party support, and win elections to stay in power.
Aim for Three Consecutive Terms One term is not enough. Hold on to power for 12 years and successfully win three terms as mayor.
Choices with Different Consequences Choices made for the city, choices made for political survival, and choices made for personal gain will all lead to different results.
Multiple Endings The ending will change depending on what kind of city you built and how you used your power.
Will you build a great city, or will you build a great fortune for yourself?
The choice is yours.
