Under Review

You wake up in an elevator. Step out of it to find yourself in a quiet hotel lobby suspended outside of time and space. However, you will not be staying here, at least that's not your goal.

Overseeing you from behind a frosted glass is the Manager . To earn your way out you must memorize Room 1 and then review the remaining 6. If an object is not where it's supposed to be, an extra item appears, or you  feel  someone watching you from the dark, document it in your form.

The Review

For each room the Manager hands you a different inspection clipboard. You must explore the comparison rooms and categorize the various discrepancies across four classifications:

Displacement:  A piece of furniture or prop has shifted, or is completely absent from its baseline position.

Surplus:  An unregistered item or duplicate has manifested within the space.

Condition Variance: An object is present, but warped in shape, texture, color, or function.

Presence: You are not alone in the room.

Rooms may contain multiple anomalies or none at all. A single checkbox wrong, and your review is marked as a failure.

The Manager

He knows exactly what hides behind each door. As much as this is a review of the hotel, it is an audit of your working memory. He has run this trial countless times, and he has no intention of letting you leave easily.

The rules are strict: you are permitted only two mistakes across the entire floor. A third error, or a single misfiled check on the final door, will cost you your life. Be compliant, pay attention to the details, and uncover how to escape before the Manager grows tired of showing you his work.
