About This Game
Abyss forge is a sci-fi match-and-merge roguelike set in deep space.
During your journey through the abyss of space, you will move tiles, create matches, merge modules, gather fuel, and strengthen your ship systems to push deeper into unknown sectors. Each run brings different upgrades, build paths, and resource pressures. Planning your board carefully and making the most of every move is the key to survival.
This is not just a simple matching game. The core experience is built around board planning, resource management, and roguelike build creation. You will make decisions around fuel, efficiency, research, coins, and other systems, gradually shaping your own strategy as the run unfolds.
Key Features
Match-and-Merge Board Gameplay Move tiles, create matches, merge them into higher-level modules, and gain as much value as possible within a limited number of moves.
Roguelike Build Creation Each run offers different upgrades, items, and growth paths. Build around fuel generation, efficiency boosts, research scaling, coin income, or powerful synergies.
Resource Management and Risk Decisions Moves, fuel, coins, research, and upgrade choices all matter. You will need to balance short-term gains with long-term scaling.
Scaling Combos and Synergies As your upgrades stack together, your build can gradually transform the pace of the entire run. One key merge or upgrade choice may completely change your strategy.
Pixel-Art Sci-Fi Atmosphere Dark space panels, glowing UI elements, mechanical frames, and pixel-art visuals create a compact but atmospheric deep-space experience.
