About this game

Description

Supplied by the Steam store

Text Factory: Automation is a text-based factory game built around automated production, combining resource gathering, technology research, factory building and ATB-style turn-based combat.

Build mining machines, furnaces, assemblers and more to set up automated production lines that take raw materials all the way to finished goods. Once built, your production lines keep running, even while you are away on another map. A logistics network moves materials between maps, gradually growing into a complete industrial system.

The weapons, gear and ammunition your factory produces are the key to winning battles. As your technology advances, you will move from the Stone and Iron Ages into the eras of electricity, oil and nuclear power, and finally head into space to challenge the final boss.
