It is the 1980s, and the arcade boom is underway.
Build a small game studio into an arcade empire. Create hit titles, expand across the city, secure valuable businesses and outmaneuver rival companies competing for the same opportunities.
In Arcade Warlord , your company physically exists on the map. Your people travel. Your machines must be delivered. Your profits must be collected. Distance costs time, vehicles are limited, and every expansion creates new logistical problems.
In the full game, you will build an empire from scratch. But in the Demo, you get to play two exclusive Scenarios which are a prelude to the full game campaign.
The city is divided into territories. In the AAAA Disaster scenario, you must reclaim your lost glory.
Logistics Networks: Design the supply chain - the number of vehicles you can have is finite. Optimize routes for your fleet to deploy new machines and pull the broken Mariner cabinets off the streets.
Negotiation: Send your field agents into the blocks to secure new leases. Expand for territory and resources, or target valuable Auxiliary Businesses that can reshape your strategy.
Forget generic workers. Your company is built on the backs of unique Agents with 1-20 stat blocks and distinct personalities.
Mass Layoffs: Ubibros is bloated with high-salary "Vice Presidents of Cabinet Lore" who don't know how to code. Open the ledger and fire them.
Dynamic Skill Sets: Hire the talent you need. Check their skills and attributes. Watch your Agents move through the city in real-time to execute your orders.
Respond in your way: Enforcers are built for conflict, but in an emergency any field Agent can be thrown into the fight.
Operate a deeply simulated, double-entry financial ledger where money is a physical object in the map.
Stop the Bleeding: In AAAA Disaster scenario, you have massive cash reserves but a catastrophic weekly burn rate (OpEx). Track every dollar, fire the dead weight, and liquidate useless assets before the money runs out.
The Bagman Loop: Revenue is physical. A cabinet making money across town is worthless to you until a Bagman collects the quarters and deposits them at HQ.
Your Headquarters is a puzzle of efficiency.
The Development Department: Clear out the useless executives on the starting floors and build a functional studio. Don't just buy games—invent them. Assign your surviving Lead Designer to research, develop, and release the hit 8-bit title that saves the company.
The Golden Age is waiting. Insert Coin. Save the Company.
