You are a Digital Architect. Start with a single internet connection and a power supply then build the most advanced AI processing grid the world has ever seen.
Design node networks that harvest raw data, refine it through layers of processing, and sell the output for profit. Every wire you draw, every node you place, every upgrade you buy moves you one step closer to the ultimate goal: deploying a true Artificial General Intelligence.
But raw power isn't enough. Push your nodes too hard and heat builds up — slowing production across your entire grid. Managing your thermal output is just as critical as managing your data flow.
Node Factory runs as a transparent overlay, sitting quietly on top of your screen while you work, code, or watch videos. No alt-tab. No interruptions. Your pipeline runs whether you're watching it or not.
Drag connections between nodes to build real data pipelines. Route raw internet traffic into harvesters, harvesters into filters, filters into tokenizers, tokenizers into AI models and watch the money flow in real time. Every node in the chain matters. A bottleneck anywhere breaks everything.
True efficiency requires strategy. High-tier AI nodes consume massive amounts of power and generate dangerous levels of heat. Build cooling systems, upgrade your power grid, and carefully balance your inputs and outputs to keep your factory running at maximum capacity without bottlenecking.

Desktop overlay mode — Your factory lives on your screen. Optimize while you do anything else.

Economy 2.0 is live: faster progression, a new R&D Board and better translation
Economy 2.0 is live! Hey everyone! We've rebuilt Node Factory's economy from the ground up. Our goal was to make every new tier feel like a real step up and to cut the long waits between them. Here's what changed. Faster, punchier progression Milestones: every rate upgrade now doubles your output every 25 levels, on top of the usual +1× per level. Tiers that matter: base capacity now grows ×3 per tier, so every new node shows up with real weight. Cheaper early game: Auto Collect now costs $53K (was $5M), and Processing Base costs 750 RP (was 47.5K RP). Smoother node slots: each extra copy costs ×5 the previous one (it used to be ×10 raised to a power), and you can now have up to 12 extra slots per type. Model Lab: level 5 now unlocks the next model (was level 8), and each new model has a 20× bigger base reward. Offline Time: each level now adds +2 hours (was +20 minutes). Matrix impro...
