Func Key is a spelling roguelike deck builder where your keyboard is the deck! Customize your keyboard to be the ultimate spelling machine, or leave words behind with rule breaking mods. Spell, build, and relax, all to the soothing thock of the keyboard.
Modify your board with three unique item types:
Function keys : powerful passives that boost your words. Tired of spelling long words? Grab a function key that'll make short words knock your socks off. Strapped for cash? Have your function keys make money for you!
Key caps : these colorful upgrades don't just buff your favorite letters, they buff their neighbors too! Align them just right to make a chain reaction of color and light across your whole keyboard!
Mods : ultra rare items that change the rules of the game. Tell the spellchecker to take a break or trade your energy in for cash, it's up to you to decide.
Pick from three unique keyboards, each with their own characteristics and quirks!
General:Adds optional opt-in telemetry to help balance the game. After each round, high level run information such as the score per word, keys owned, and inbox choices are uploaded. This helps balance the items in the game and the difficulty curve. You can learn more about what is collected here.Bugs:Fixed an issue where pressing "Escape" in the dictionary edit screen closed the settings menu behind the dictionary dialog.
