Authentic Cost Tradeoffs : Every contract ties to profit, employee stress, company reputation, and morality. From execution strategies to employee requests and emergency responses—your choices impact not just your company and team, but other firms and their leaders.
Precise Resource Management : Oversee funds, employees’ limited working hours and mood points, and tech R&D. Assign the right staff to boost efficiency, or exploit them for higher profits.
Lifelike Employee System
Employees aren’t resources—they’re living, breathing people. Each core staff has unique backstories, personalities, and secrets. Engage deeply with their lives through dialogues, events, and your decisions. Exploitation may yield short-term gains but lead to betrayal or tragedy; sincere care might cost resources, but unlocks unexpected loyalty in desperate times.
