An Arbiter is a superhuman soldier, women with the ability to manifest their soul and transform into angels with boundless strength. Adelle Krouve —self-proclaimed “hero”— is an Arbiter with an indomitable sense of purpose. She's given the task of destroying the last Aberration standing: a ruthless steel hydra named ‘Edge Ixia Atlas SeigaRozen.’
