About this game

Description

Supplied by the Steam store

Your shift is over. Your coworkers disagree.

You just want to get home on time and collect your precious attendance bonus. Unfortunately, your coworkers, team leaders, and bosses have other plans. From surviving rush hour to escaping a flooded city, from a suspicious desert assignment to a corporate conspiracy that reaches the edge of the universe, your ordinary workday is about to get completely out of hand.

I Don't Do Overtime is a short, story-driven FPS packed with dark humor, absurd situations, and a healthy dose of workplace satire. Your mission is simple: fight your way through an increasingly ridiculous series of corporate disasters and finally put an end to overtime.

Shoot First. Let Physics Do the Rest.

Bullets won't directly hurt your coworkers. Instead, they deliver a powerful kinetic impact that sends enemies flying. The real damage happens when they slam into walls and other obstacles.

Use your weapons to launch enemies into their surroundings, turn the environment into your weapon, and find creative ways to clear your path. In this office, a well-placed shot is only half the job. Where your coworkers land is what really matters.

From Rush Hour to Cosmic Headquarters

Your journey starts with a desperate attempt to make it to work on time. It quickly spirals into a series of increasingly bizarre assignments and corporate nightmares.

Survive the commute. Fight your way through rush hour, outlast coworkers competing for the attendance bonus, and escape a flooded city where everyone insists you get back to work.

Investigate suspicious company business. Retrieve an experimental drug, survive its bizarre side effects, and uncover the secrets hidden beneath the company's spotless corporate image.

Fight your way out. When a routine audit turns into a deadly setup, search for hidden records, survive hired killers, and find a way through hostile territory.

Go where no employee should have to go. From an unexpected detour through the wilderness to a perilous journey across the solar system, your escape from overtime takes you somewhere far beyond the office.

A Corporate Ladder That Reaches the Stars

Every time you think things can't get any worse, your company finds a way to prove you wrong. Behind the absurd assignments and relentless pursuit lies a conspiracy that reaches all the way to the company's headquarters in space.

There, you'll face the ultimate corporate question: if the company can conquer the universe, why can't it let one employee go home on time?

Just One Last Thing Before You Clock Out

A story-driven first-person shooter with dark humor and workplace satire.

Physics-based combat where knockback and environmental collisions are key to defeating enemies.

A variety of environments, from everyday urban chaos to surreal landscapes and outer space.

Fast-paced firefights, movement challenges, ambushes, survival encounters, and boss battles.

A satirical journey through attendance bonuses, toxic workplace culture, corporate secrets, and the absurd lengths people go to for their jobs.

Your company has a cosmic headquarters. Its ambitions are limitless. Its overtime policy is even worse.

Clock in. Fight back. Go home. No overtime.
