    Release Date Update

    Hi everyone,I’m writing to share an important update regarding the release of Harvest Scream. I have made the decision to shift the launch date toSeptember 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT.As a solo developer, taking extra time to thoroughly test the game is essential. My main priority is to deliver a smooth, fun, and well-polished experience from day one, and I simply need a bit more time to run these critical tests properly.This is the final release date!     Playtest Update & Road to August 12th!

    Hi everyone!About Playtest:I originally planned to start the playtest a bit earlier this month, but since this is a co-op horror game, communication is everything. I decided to take a little extra time to fine-tune the voice chat and overall co-op stability. In a game where hearing your friends scream in panic is half the fun, I really wanted to make sure those screams actually go through properly!To make up for the short playtest delay (and to get as much feedback as possible), I'm opening up the playtest to pretty much everyone who applied. Get ready for a chaotic, fast-paced test phase starting very soon.About the Early Access Launch:With August 12th, 2026 just around the corner, I'm entering the final stretch and this playtest is going to be super crucial.     Demo Update & Steam Playtest Details!

    Hey everyone,First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported the game and shared this journey with me.About the DemoI have officially retired the public demo from Steam today. The game has evolved significantly! I have added a ton of new features, made the gameplay much more fun, and it is now a multiplayer experience where you can farm together with your friends.Previously, I updated the demo with a short, 10-minute preview because I really wanted to share the latest, more fun state of the game with you. However, since making a multiplayer game takes a lot of time and focus as a solo developer, I couldn't add a lot of new content to that specific 10-minute demo.     Hello everyone! We’ve released a new update to make Harvest Scream clearer and more enjoyable. Here’s what’s new:Update NotesGame economy has been balanced regarding honey production from Beehives.Nighttime duration has been extended so anomalies can be found more easily.Wake-up time during the day has been adjusted to 6 AM.A new quest has been added to the first-day quest system:Previously, anomalies spawned before players obtained the plush toy, which caused confusion and panic.With the new quest, players now have more time to adapt to the game.Quests have also been made clearer, leading to a more informative tutorial experience.Don’t forget to share your feedback, and have fun playing!
