Better Days Pending is a single-player first-person action game set across connected open areas. You are a food courier: ride your e-bike, collect orders, deliver meals, buy weapons and survive the next stretch of highway.

Deliver. Earn. Take another order.

Check your phone, follow minimap navigation and collect and deliver orders at NPCs. Longer trips pay more, with an extra night-time bonus. Your income keeps rising. A better life still feels far away.

An unsafe commute

Fight armed enemies, heavy soldiers, slimes and birds that can carry you into the sky. Buy handguns, automatic weapons, a sniper rifle, an RPG, a katana and a greatsword. Ride your delivery bike, or find a drivable tank and jet at the military base and airport.

Life between deliveries

Explore a metropolis, a dock, a Japanese-inspired neighbourhood and roadside settlements. Listen to vehicle radio, watch the day turn into night, read cynical advertisements, talk to NPCs, play football or risk your entire wallet at a slot machine.

In the game

A playable delivery, exploration, combat, weapon-unlock and money-goal progression loop.

Continuously cycling delivery orders between 20 important NPCs, with navigation.

Four main districts plus a gas station, bar, mountain cabins, camp, commons, military base and airport.

Chinese and English interfaces, keyboard and mouse controls, windowed and fullscreen modes.

Local checkpoints

saved after deliveries, casino settlement or using the spawn save terminal.

The game uses stylized procedural models and synthesized music. Content, balance, presentation and performance will continue to change. Multiplayer, Steam Workshop and Steam achievements are not included
