Shadey’s Quest is an autobattler roguelike in which you help a cute monster named Shadey on his journey to defeat the fearsome King of Shadows. Shadey is bursting with energy and determination, but not with intelligence. It's up to you to feed him to build up his strength, equip him with powerful artifacts, and guide him in exploration and combat.

Face lots of enemies, each with their own unique abilities. Shadey fights on his own, but he has no idea what 'tactics' are. You’ll have to develop your own strategy, targeting Shadey at the most dangerous foes. Or just let him choose targets himself. He'll be fine. Probably.

Most fighters grow stronger through hard-won experience. Shadey doesn't get any experience, but he does get hungry.

Gather ingredients, cook them up and feed Shadey to boost his stats. It is up to you if Shadey becomes a nimble assassin landing devastating critical hits, or an immovable tank who counters every blow.

The road to the King of Shadows is long and perilous. Explore a variety of diverse hand-drawn locations. Each area is filled with unique obstacles, but also with tons of loot!
