Adjust the resource loading process to greatly speed up the loading speed when the game is interrupted and restarted. When speeding up the animation, the volume of the sound effects will be reduced and the impact on the BGM will be reduced. The delay of the "Sky Cannon" rune is now also affected by the magic time flow rate.
